TEchnical support sucks, Team always releases raw version, then relies on the forum member to report the bugs. Only responds to those who "praise" the software developers, other honest memebr being banned for asking simple questions on a questionable content.

Well, the lates version lacks several functionalities like tooltips, separate folders for vide, documents. Technical support unfortunately sucks. Very defensive about their product,and do not share solutions with the clients if similar problems found. In addition, the team does not honor update schedules or what is going to be implemented in the next upgrade.
