The free trial of this software is full featured, except that it only lets you analyze 5 DNA Sequence files at a time. SifterThis program will allow you to sort your good DNA chromatograms from your bad ones. Simply drag a FOLDER full of chromatograms onto the program icon. You will be prompted to select the number of "high" quality bases that you want to use as the threshold for sorting. In a few seconds, your folder will contain two folders - one called GOOD, and one called BAD.
