I have used Cryptic Disk for many years in numerous types of applications. I have encrypted full disks and individual formatted drives on disks.
The software has performed flawlessly and is easy to use.
However, 1 week ago I had an encrypted disk that would mount but told me the data was inaccessible. I back up once a week, so there was 4 days worth of data that I was in a position of losing.
I sent 2 emails to their technical support using the link on their website. I have not even received an acknowledgment that I submitted a ticket.
I called their contact number on the website as well. That number allows you to send a fax or leave a message. I left several messages and once again have not heard anything from them.
I spent this week re-creating my data and am now back to where I left off.
All I can say to Exlade and Cryptic Disk is:
"Thanks for nothing Assholes!"
Use this Software at your own risk.... Obviously!
