- FIX: fixed issue with id3v2 tags when, in very rare cases, 1st symbol of tags was missed when read.
- FIX: fixed issue when right-click menu was not working for Cover Art retrieval when Total item was selected.
- FIX: fixed issue when sometimes program was unable to create CUE/playlist.
- FIX: write FLAC tag names in uppercase (otherwise Soundforge 10 won't recognize them).

- NEW: introduced filename pattern element %artist1%, which acts like this:
- if all files have the same artist, %artist1% will be omitted
- if not, it will act like %artist%

- NEW: autmatically assign Track value for multiple-stream files, i.e. first stream audio file will get Track=1, second will get Track=2 and so on.

- NEW: added feature to split file by silence into tracks (under Source Files right-click under Advanced).
- NEW: added button to automatically retrieve CD-offset (under Grab CD/Properties).

- FIX: fixed various replaygain command line issues.
- NEW: program will now show error if some of the Metadata fields used in filename pattern are empty. To turn this off, there's an option under Program Settings/Metadata.
- NEW: added command line parameter /moveto. If specified, source files will be moved to this folder after conversion.
- NEW: added support for ALAC/M4A/AAC lyrics Metadata. Currently no display/edit support, only write to destination file.
- NEW: added command line switch /prescan. If set, mp3 files will be prescanned on load so that seeking (used in /timestart and /timelength) will be more precise.

- FIX: fixed issue when ReplayGain was not shown if decimal separator in Windows Regional Settings was other than dot.
- FIX: fixed issue with mp3gain and filenames containing Unicode characters.
- NEW: added option to choose extension for mp2 files (mp2 or mpa).
- NEW: added option to specify file name pattern for playlist (under Filename Pattern settings).
- NEW: added option "Size" under MP3 Settings. Useful, when converting lot of files for mobile phone or USB stick. Program will use the max possible or the specfied bitrate.

- FIX: fixed issue with APEv2 tags in MPC files.
- NEW: new setting "Always take Cover Art from external file (embedded will be overwritten)" (see under Options/Program Settings/Cover Art). If enabled, Cover Art will always be taken from external file, even if embedded one exists.
- NEW: new settings to preserve timestamp for files and folders (see under Options/Program Settings/Application/3). If enabled, output files/folders will be created with the same timestamps as source files/folders.

- NEW: added command line parameter /preservetime to preserve timestamp of files and folders.
- NEW: improved settings for MPC.
- NEW: added support for BIN/CUE files, i.e. you can open CUE file and program will automatically read the BIN file (if it has AUDIO information in it).
- NEW: if any file during conversion was created on Desktop, program will refresh it as on some PCs this isn't happening automaticaly.
