TTS Voice Recorder is straight forward application designed to record any human voice and text to speech to MP3, PCM WAV, ACM WAV, WMA, OGG and APE audio files, fast and easy.

Set the voice to record, set the rate and the format, start to record when noise is detected, stop to record when silence is detected and much more. Fast and easy.

· Record voice and TTS 'on the fly' (real-time).
· Set the voice to record.
· Set the voice rate and the voice format.
· Record to MP3, WAV, ACM, PCM, WMA, OGG and APE.
· No limitation for the time or the size of the recorded file.
