PaperCut ChargeBack™ is print management software designed specifically for the needs of engineering, graphic design, legal, and accounting firms. A popup window actively prompts users to allocate print jobs to accounts (client / project, department, job / issue / matter, phase). It allows businesses to track printing expenditure at the document level, implement print quotas and recover costs from clients or projects.

The new charging type allows exact costs to be specified for each combination of page size, color/grayscale and single/double sided. · Denied print jobs are now displayed for a short time in hold/release queues, so users can know what has happened to their job. This applies to the release station, web based release interfaces and the Mobile Print Release interface.

· Web Print PDF printing is now built in
