Multiple sale items and sold quantities now supported:

· Sales containing multiple items e.g. 4 of 10 are now fully supported.
· New quantity column in the sales ledger showing number of items sold.
· Detailed item dialog now shows total sold count based on new quantity count.
· All graphs and reports which reflect total number of items sold now reflect the new quantity counts.
· Stock levels are now correctly reduced by the new quantity amounts instead of individual sale items.

· Update item will no longer apply updates to all sold items with the
· same eBay item id. Individual rows can now be edited.
· The eBay seller account name is now imported correctly for both US and UK CSV invoice

· Fixes a problem where sold item dates for US Timezones were being incorrectly stored in the database. This resulted in no sales appearing for some US users. Thanks to Debbie for pointing this out and helping with the fix.
